There are daily ferries to Mykonos from the ports of Piraeus and Rafina (the trip with ferry lasts about 5.5 hours, with the High-Speed 3,5 hours). Piraeus is close to Athens city center, while Rafina is close to the Athens airport. Mykonos is also linked by ferry to many other Cyclades islands and also to the islands of Dodecanese and Eastern Aegean. The airport of Mykonos is located very close to Mykonos Town and receives domestic flights from many Greek cities. The flight to Athens lasts only 40 minutes. In summer, it also receives charter flights from many European airports.
